Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing and using the "30 Prompts for 30 Days" product ("Product"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
 

"30 Prompts for 30 Days" is a digital product consisting of 30 AI prompts (including one-off prompts, dialogue frameworks, and advanced tips) designed to help users make better business decisions and turn plans into action. The Product is delivered as a series of 30 emails, with one prompt sent each day for 30 consecutive days following purchase.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
 

2.1 The purchase price for the Product is as advertised at the time of sale. Promotional discounts may be offered from time to time.
2.2 All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are for a limited time only.
2.3 Payment must be made in full prior to receiving access to the Product.
2.4 NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law. By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. DELIVERY
 

3.1 Upon successful payment, you will begin receiving the Product as a series of 30 daily emails, with one prompt delivered each day for 30 consecutive days.
3.2 You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that our emails are not filtered as spam.
3.3 We are not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery resulting from incorrect contact information, email filtering, or technical difficulties outside our control.
3.4 If you do not receive your daily prompt, please check your spam folder before contacting customer support.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
 

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by us or our licensors.
4.2 When you purchase the Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal or business purposes.
4.3 You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Product or any portion thereof

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Product

• Sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Product

 

5. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
 

5.1 You may use the prompts within the Product with any compatible AI service or platform.
5.2 The results generated using the prompts are your responsibility, and we are not liable for any outputs or decisions made based on those outputs.
5.3 You agree to use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.4 DATA RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for any data you input when using the prompts provided in the Product. We do not have access to, store, or process any data you enter into third-party AI systems when using our prompts. You acknowledge that:

• It is your responsibility to ensure you do not input sensitive, confidential, or personal information into public AI systems

• You must comply with the terms of service of any AI platform you use with our prompts

• We are not responsible for any data breaches, leaks, or privacy issues that may occur when you use third-party AI services

• You should review and understand the data handling and privacy policies of any AI service you use with our prompts

 

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 

6.1 THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.2 We do not guarantee that:

• The Product will meet your specific requirements

• The Product will produce any specific results or outcomes

• The results generated using the Product will be accurate, reliable, or error-free

6.3 AI MODEL VARIABILITY: The prompts provided in the Product are designed to work with various Large Language Models (LLMs), which may be updated or changed over time by their respective providers. Due to the intrinsic properties of AI models, we do not guarantee that:

• The same prompt will generate identical or similar responses when used at different times

• Results will be consistent across different AI models or different versions of the same model

• The prompts will remain compatible with all AI models as these technologies evolve

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT

• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN

• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY

7.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
 

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.
9.2 Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
9.3 Your continued use of the Product following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
